Returns Policy

At Symcom Marine, we are committed to providing high-quality marine automation, navigation, and communication products. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we aim to make the process simple and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased directly from Symcom Marine.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that customized, calibrated, or electronic components are non-returnable unless found defective upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special-order or customized products
  • Software, calibration tools, and electronic boards
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Consumables and accessories

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@symcommarine.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for product shipment. Returned products will be inspected before a replacement or refund is processed.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping, customs, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos or inspection details to verify the issue before processing a replacement or refund.
